Sinusbot don't connect to TemaSpeak3 server

If your TeamSpeak3 server and Sinusbot server are running on hosting space wich are renting from us, and you want to connect to your TeamSpeak3 server with your Sinusbot server, please be sure to contact our customer service by opening an error ticket and our staff will help you with this. This is because you need to give the Sinusbot server a special IP address (called an internal IP address) to connect that only our staff can give you. If, after a server restart or after a reinstallation, Sinusbot is unable to connect to your TeamSpeak3 server running on rented space from us, please be sure to contact our customer service by opening an error ticket and our staff will assist you.

How to open Support Ticket:

  • log in yopur account;
  • click on "Active Support Tickets";
  • on top of right corner of the page click on "Open Support Ticket".
